Kelly Wall becomes Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County
Miller, Turetsky, Rule & Mclennan is proud to congratulate our partner and colleague Kelly C. Wall on her election to Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County.
On January 4, 2010, Kelly C. Wall became one of 23 judges on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. The Commission of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was read by The Honorable Emanuel A. Bertin and the Oath of Office administered by The Honorable Paul W. Tressler.
Opening remarks were given by Gregory L. Nester, the Bible was held by Ms. Wall's son, Liam Michael Nester and she was assisted with her robing by her parents, W. Michael Burns, M. Kathleen Burns and John J. Egan, Jr.
Although Kelly will be missed, her clients cases have been reassigned under the supervision of Senior Partner, Mark D. Turetsky. With the assistance of associate attorney Leah N. Westerman and the coordination of paralegal, Nancy Borzillo, there will be no interruption of service.
