Ms. Westerman graduated from Drexel University in 1996, The Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law, J.D. in 2004.
She is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts. Member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery Bar Association.
