Keith B. McLennan

Mr. McLennan obtained a BA from Rutgers College in 1981 and J.D from Temple University in 1985

He is a member of the Montgomery, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He currently serves as the Chair of the American Bar Association's General Practice Solo and Small Firm Division, with over 30,000 members the 4th largest Division within the ABA. He is also a member of the ABA's House of Delegates. Mr. McLennan was the President of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2002 and President of the Montgomery Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2003. From 1995 through 1998 he was the Chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section and is a member of the PBA's House of Delegates.

He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, Federal Courts, Court of Appeals for the Armed Services and U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. McLennan lectures and practices in the areas of Business Organizations, Personal Injury, Estate and Business Planning and Administration, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Contracts.
