Chairman of the American Bar Association's General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division in 2007/2008, Montgomery County's representative to the ABA's House of Delegates, Member of the ABA's Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services from 2006-2009, President of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2002 and President of the Montgomery Bar Foundation in 2003, Past Chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section and member of the PBA's House of Delegates.
